Construction On Tipi Waste Is On Its Way
7/10/17 in Pine Ridge, SD under General News
After 20 years of providing services on Pine Ridge our field office Tipi Waste has expanded to help further improve the lives of residents in the community.
This spring we began construction on a 1,280 square foot addition to the warehouse as well as a loading dock. All of the construction is identical to the existing Tipi Waste building, keeping it as traditional and simple as possible, without taking away from its storied life of all the families it has assisted in many, many ways for the last 20 years.
Dave Lone Elk, the Field Coordinator on Tipi Waste is feeling confident about the construction.
"I can honestly say, we shaved off about an hour's worth of time unloading and there was no stress worrying about finding a volunteer to help me unload. Great things all around!"
