The inaugural class of Dreamstarters have since become doctors, college graduates, parents, and paved the way for dozens of future Dreamstarter projects across the country. But in 2015, they were just 10 Native youth who stepped up to represent Billy Mills’ dream of a brighter future for all Native American youth.
